WWII 4th Army Helmet Liner

WWII era MSA manufactured helmet liner with hand painted 4th army insignia to each side and a hand painted Combat Leadership Trainee insignia to the front and an LC decal to the reverse.  The leather chin strap is missing.  Liner straps are fragile and torn.  Shell and paint are in excellent condition.
